               WOMEN EMPOWERMENT 
       
      
           A warm good morning to the respected chair,honourabe quests,distinguished personalities on and off the dais and my dear friends


         
           It's me Adhila Ahamed from S2D here to present a speech on the topic Women Empowerment.As we know,women represent 50% of the population.But there is lack of women participation.Because they remain blocked from contributing their true potential.They have potential, but there are barriers around them.Lack of education,opportunity and gender discrimination are some of the blocks faced by the women.


       
            As Christine Lagarde mentions,the 3Ls of Empowerment, Learning,Labour and Leadership can make the women empowered.Is her opinion right? Do you think is these 3Ls can empower a women?



            Yes ,of course, if they are with these 3Ls,they can be more confident to stay in our society and they can earn equal rights as men.Leadership enables women to rise and fulfill their innate abilities and talents.And we need a women empowered society.It is my dream too.Now I am concluding my words.

  Am I lured, for the tandem seconds I bide? So dark and grave, Is the shadow, I left behind? Do the tears I shed, Worth empty stares from the street I pace? Your Dreams Are Your Limitations

 Highschool days,a bit good with computers and stuffs,he thought he would become an engineer,a tech geek who's life chair revolves around computer table. It was much later that he developed interest in architecture too,may be because he was close to his own house warming. Not a single conventional thought of becoming a doctor came to his mind. Soon that 16 year old boy took computer science in the same school he studied for the past 3 years.Wanted to be an Architect,he said. Although excelled in all subjects,he asked himself "what does architect do?" "Just building things?!" "Is that something meaningful?" "should i spend all my life building!" "In what should i invest my precious life?". Very soon all these questions and search for meaning filtered out the desire to be an architect.It isn't my way,he said.
