DIARY ENTRY

                                                                Friday                                                                 02-10-2020               Everything happening around me seems to be unusual. The whole world is ruled by a powerful personality so talented a microorganism coronavirus. For the past 6 month all of us are locked inside the four walls thinking about hygiene. Looking for news about coronavirus and how the rate of pandemic is going on became my daily routine now.          I am Virtually connected with my friend but it seems different because I miss their presence  around me. Meanwhile our  education system gained lot changes  instead of black board and teachers in front of us we are forced to switch to online class with smartphones, laptops and e-notes as well as assignments.              Its been 6 months over since I am locked inside. These days were like enjoyable for the first few days but as days past its becoming tougher. Lockdown and being quarantine

                             GANDHIJI           Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, the renowned freedom fighter  was  born on October 2, 1869 in Porbandar, India. Gandhi helped free the Indian people from British rule through nonviolent resistance, and is honoured by Indians as the father of the Indian Nation.                The Indian people called Gandhi 'Mahatma', meaning Great Soul. When he was at South Africa, he attempted to claim his rights as a British subject he was abused, and soon saw that all Indians suffered similar treatment. Gandhi stayed in South Africa for 21 years working to secure rights for Indian people. He developed a method of action based upon the principles of courage, non-violence and truth called Satyagraha. He believed that the way people behave is more important than what they achieve.                          GANDHI JAYANTHI Gandhi jayanthi is a national festival to mark the birthday of Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, popularly known as Mahathma Gandhi or Bapuji. Internationally, this day is celebrated as the International day of non-violence as Gandhiji propogated non-violence. He is a symbol of peace and truth. PEOPLE WITH   'SAD SOULS AND HAPPY FACES'                                                                                                                  Thursday                                                         01-10-2020 We are going through a really hard time because of the pandemic. Covid-19 has changed our day to day life. The virus is so contagious that half the population of the world are facing  traumatic situations. The normal is over and we have to wait a little bit longer to achieve our old life. The virus has put a big threat to our surroundings and most importantly our education systems. Due to this highly contagious virus we couldn't continue our  day scholars life and most of the students miss it. There are lot of friends and relatives we haven't seen since the virus breakout. WORLD TRANSLATION DAY

International translational day is celebrated every year on 30 september on the feast of St. Jerome, the Bible translator who is considered as the  patron saint of translators. The celebrations have been promoted by International Federation of Translators ever since it was setup in 1953.  It is celebrated to show solidarity of the world wide translation community in an effort to promote the translation profession in different countries.
